Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
I just got a court appearance notice for going 80mph in 40 mph zone, in Florida. What is going to happen and what should i do?

You are going to get a hefty fine probably points, and probably driving school. Your best way to avoid some or all of these sanctions is to hire an attorney that knows the judges and the officers and can challenge the case.
