Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida

I went to court on various traffic violations, which included a suspended license.I made an agreement with the court system to comply and pay the due ammount by a specific day;however due to a decrease of work i was not able to comply by the due date.the ammount asked of me was a large ammount for me.I went to a traffic clinic and told them exactly what my situation was and asked if there was anything they could do to help me with this situation and i was told they could set a motion and there was a chance that i could have this ammount decreased by a good ammount if the motion got granted, so i payed 300.00 dollars to the traffic clinic. I was told they had 3 chances to try and win the motion.Months passed and i recieved no response.i tryed calling and getting a reply, and got nowhere. how can i find out if this motion was really set for court or i was taken for a ride. how can i find out if this motion was ever filed?

Insist on talking to somebody from that attorney's office. You could also call the clerk and see if a motion was ever filed and get the status.
