Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
Do all courts (even traffic court) recognize the uniform commercial code.... FLORIDA?

Yes florida recognizes the UCC although I don't see how it could be used in traffic court. Maybe you're thinking of some other code. You should call an attorney to see if they can help you in more detail with this question.
