Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
My daughter got into an accident. I had no insurance on the vehicle, and the person she got into the accident with is now suing us. What are my options?

Since you didn't have insurance that would have provided you an attorney, your only real option is to hire an attorney yourself.
