Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
My daughter was administered a ticket for driving without her full headlights on, only the low beams were turned up by accident. We live in Florida, and wondering if there is any chance of leinacy by the court system?

Yes, the judge could have leniency. A lot depends on the county, whether it's a judge or hearing officer, and if you hire an attorney. I would suggest you call an attorney in that area to see what her best options are.
