Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
hi my daughter took my car and went for a ride without a driving license, she crashed into a gate but many people told me that she didnt really hit the gate that happened in september 2010 at that time she was 16. I never done anything about it I just received a letter about this case asking for the driver's name and license information. What are the risks?

You risk a criminal charge of allowing an unlicensed person to drive. You need to talk to an attorney right away before this gets worse.
