Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
daughter got a speeding ticket in South Carolina, 72 mph in 45 mph construction zone. she didn't recall seeing a sign for a reduced speed limit and had been driving at around 70 all along. ticket says $355 Bond Rec. No court appearance required. Is this the cost of the ticket, because it also mentions bail, so wasn't sure. Should she consult with an attorney? Is there an option to take an online class to avoid points on insurance? Appreciate any guidance out there. Thank you.
