Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
my daughters car is registered & titled in my name. I signed the title over to her, but she cannot afford to register it at this time. She no longer lives at home & I want it out of my driveway. She still have insurance on it for at least the next few days. Can I drive the car to where she is living, park it on the street & take my plates off? What will happen if the car gets towed? What will happen if she doesnt register the car? I would have the car junked, but I allready signed the title & she has it.

Just get the car back from her (the title). If she doesn't want it you can sell it to someone else.
