Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
my daughters car was stolen. do i have the right to know the suspect"s name and address? car has not been located. i have a copy of the police report, but suspect"s name and address has been blacked out

If there is an ongoing investigation and the suspect has not been arrested, then they usually won't release that so as to warn the suspect (not that you would, but someone else from the public who has done a records request, might see it. Once the suspect is arrested, then that will become public record and not blacked out.
