what does deactivate bond mean on court docket records

It depends on the context of the case. It could mean that if he case is over, the bond can be released, or it could mean the bond was estreated, or it could mean that the original bond has been changed to an ROR status or just the opposite, i.e., that the original bond was revoked and a new bond imposed.
