Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
If the driver is arrested for driving without a license and the vehicle owner is present, is it legal for police to search the vehicle without consent?

That's a little tricky, but if neither consent, then it is probably not legal. I stress probably, because it depends on ALL the facts of the case. If you were charged with something, then you need counsel immediately, in addition to your driver friend.
