Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
driver lisence
I'm currently in high school, I got married and I'm 16. I'm dropping out your supposed to be a student in order to hold a learner's permit. Would I have my learner's permit remove until I turn 18. Or is it different if your marry.

Re: driver lisence
The only difference is that, when you're married, you are emancipated. That means you don't need a parent's consent to get a permit. You still need to be in high school, though.
