Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
Driver's License Suspension
My fiance' has a suspended driver's license. He works at a car wash that is private property. Can he pull the cars forward to be washed? He only pulls them up about 20 feet at the most at a time. Can he do that since it is private property?
