My driving license was suspeneded in NJ and i now live in florida, am i able to ride a moped in the state of florida

A judge put it to me this way: if it has the capability to put fuel in it, then it is NOT legal to drive while license suspended. That means if is electrically powered (and not capable of exceeding 25 mph), or human powered, then you're OK to drive. My advice is to clear your license in NJ before you decide to drive in any other state.
