Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
I have a DWLS second count; can i motion for a withhold adjudication with a hardship licence and without dept?

Not sure I understand your question, but the DMV will usually not allow a hardship license if you have been caught driving on a hardship license. As far as getting the court to withhold adjudication, ask your attorney if that's possible.
