Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
I entered a red light camera while it was on solid yellow. It turned yellow a second before I entered the intersection and I didn't feel I could safely stop. It was yellow as I went into the intersection as well as it being yellow at least as far as when I was under the light (I looked and I could see that it was still yellow while the front of my car was under the yellow light.) Am I at risk for a red light camera ticket here?

As long as you went past the crosswalk by the time the light changed to red, you should be good. If not, then you should get an attorney to fight these.
