expungment

Hello, My question is Can I have a reckless driving conviction sealed or expunged. I pled quilty (the original charge was drag racing). I drive a truck for a living and no-one will hire me because I can't get insured because of the conviction.

If you received a "withhold of adjudication" on the reckless driving charge AND if you have no prior arrest record, you may be eligible to have your arrest record sealed, but not expunged.
