what is no fault accident mean in fl accident happen husband given ticket cop was did not see accident we had a witness . so did the party that hit us. cop said would talk to her later.

"No fault" deals only with your insurance company. If an officer deems your husband liable for an infraction it has no bearing on the civil case, which is taken care of by the insurance companies.
