Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
My fiance is being held in Niagara County Jail in NY. He has traffic tickets in CA, KS, NM. He is a long distance truck driver. How can I obtain a 1381 Demand Form for him so the fines can be dismissed? His attorney does not know anything about this form. I am in South Florida.

A quick google search appears that a 1381 form is something that is done in CA only. As far as getting the tickets dismissed, you need to talk to an attorney in each jurisdiction to find out what the best solution is for that jurisdiction.
