Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
If i was to fight my traffic violation and win, will it drop my other charges that i received after they pulled me over?

It depends on how you win. You may have a valid motion to suppress the stop and if so, then yes your other charges may be "dropped". You should talk to a local criminal defense lawyer to discuss your case.
