Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
My Florida automobile tags expired on 10/04/2012. I was stopped and ticketed for: Registration not carried and exhibited 320.0605 and: Tag Expired More Than 6 Months (First Offense) 320.07(3)(b). The Citations were issued at the same time on 10/07/2012. I know the 2nd one will be dismissed in court, But how about the first one (320.0605)... What are my Options?

You can offer an explanation to the judge. It is a noncriminal nonmoving violation. Hiring an attorney would certainly help.
