Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
In Florida, I am co-owner of a car with my daughter because she wasn't able to get loan approval. She is married and has her own home.
I have reason to believe that she is driving said car without renewed registration and insurance.
What is my liability and what can I do to protect myself.

You are responsible and can be held criminally responsible in fact. You need to take possession of the car immediately. Contact an attorney immediately.
