Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
In Florida State Statute 316.2397(4) it says a "...road service vehicles,...may show or display amber lights when in operation..". But I can't seem to find any information or statute that defines what is legal deemed a "road service vehicle". Can you help?

You can hire an attorney to research that question for you. There are several variables so it would be impossible to answer on this type of forum which is why I suggest you contact an attorney in your area.
