In Florida first time offense of resisting arrest without violence but being tasered , what penelty should be expected in court (pulled over on a traffic stop and decided to run)

The fact that you are tasered doesn't mitigate your case any. What you will actually get varies based on your record, your attorney, the prosecutor and the judge. It could be anything from a fine to one year in jail. Get an attorney to protect yourself.
