Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
According to what I have found, you must be 14 to drive a golf cart and do not need a valid drivers license. Can a homeowners association restrict that? We live in a gated community and my 14 and 15 year old drive our golf cart. Residents stop them telling them they shouldn't be driving because they need a license.

Yes, a homeowner's association can make whatever rules are reasonable for the community. If the ONLY reason is that they think you need a license, then you would be correct. You need to read the bylaws of your association or show them to an attorney to be sure.
