Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
My friend was in a minor fender bender due to becoming faint because of a reaction to a medication. She is no longer on the medication and initially the doctor said she was okay to keep driving but later changed his opinion. Now her license has been suspended. What options does she have to get her license back now that she is no longer on the medication and no longer a threat?

She needs to get the doctor to once again say she is OK to drive. When she has that proof, she goes to the DMV and they can fully or partially reinstate her driving privileges.
