Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
My friend received 4 traffic tickets in 5 years. Three for speeding, one for not wearing a seat belt. These are mixed within the years.
Can a lawyer get this last one off? She said the lawyers she spoke with said "no", as the 4 traffic tickets were issued to close together. She would now need to go to school or have points on the license?

It would be difficult to amend these. It usually must be done within 60 days to amend, but it also must be done with the judge's agreement. This could mean it may get expensive too. Contact a couple attorneys in that area, to see if it is worth it.
