Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
good evening.
if two cars are involved in an accident and no one is hurt and the police issues no citation but exchanges drivers information to each driver giving them a case number with no report. If the person that feels they were not at fault and only their car was damaged can the bring the other drive to small claims court t pay for the damages?
