Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
I went through on a Green light on what must have been a misfunctioning red light camera because I think that I saw a flash of light. Is this possible that the camera took my picture when the light was Green or must I be mistaken? If the camera did take my picture on a green is this something that the operators of the camera would be able to figure out or would I end up fighting a red light ticket? I tend to think if it flashed me on green then it must have happened to others and they would figure it out. What do you believe?

What you probably saw is the flash from the opposite direction. A lot of people get confused by it. However, if you get a ticket as a result of this, feel free to call me.
