Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
Habitual Traffic offender
If you are labeled a Habitual Traffic Offender, with a DUI on record, and you get caught driving on a revoked license how much jail time would you receive? I believe it is a 3rd degree felony and the person has had four to five prior felonies.
