Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
Somebody hit my Grandmother's car and did noticeable damage. She is sure that she didn't do it on her own. It must have happened when she was in a parking lot. However, nobody let any info as per insurance. If she files a claim with her insurance will this raise her rates? Will this be held against her even though she didn't cause any accident?

"Held against her" will be up to the insurance company and their determination. GENERALLY SPEAKING, it shouldn't effect her rates, but all companies deal with it differently.
