Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
My husband had a car accident (no physical injuries). His license is suspended due to not paying fines. This is the first time he was ticketed for driving under suspension. He was ticketed twice before for driving without a valid license. What would the outcome in court be?

He is going to lose his license for a few years. He drives again without it, he may end up in jail.

I agree with Mr. Wagner in that he will probably lose his license. A lot depends on the older charges and the full circumstances of the new charge. You would be well advised to speak to an attorney right away.
