Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
My husband was driving my car and got into an auto accident. The other driver was driving with a suspended license. The police ticketed my husband for not yielding properly thus causing the accident and ticketed the other driver for driving with a suspended license. Does my insurance company have to pay for the other driver's car expense. I live in Florida.

If your husband didn't yield then he is probably at fault and the fact the other driver doesn't have a license has nothing to do with that. However, I suggest your husband hire an attorney to fight this in traffic court as it could lessen the impact on your insurance.
