Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
is it illegal in fl to go a little over 30 mph on a moped/ scooter that is 50cc like 45 mph? if so, can you just go 30 mph in zones that are speed limits 50 mph?

45 is a lot more than just "a little over 30 mph." It could certainly raise suspicion by an officer if you're doing 45 mph and you haven't registered your vehicle. You could then face two criminal charges: one for no registration, and one for driving without a motorcycle lesson. I know it sounds ridiculous but I've seen it happen. In other words, stay under 30 mph or risk getting pulled over.
