Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
I was issued an open container ticket as a passenger in a vehicle - the can was empty, but the ticket states is was half full and still cold and the wrong brand was listed... is this worth challenging?

If you didn't possess an open container of alcohol, then yes you should challenge it. Talk to an attorney that knows the judges in the particular county where this happened.
