Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida

I was issued a ticket in the state of Florida for failure to show my drivers license and completely forgot about it. Now my license has been suspended and I am living in Massachusettes. After contacting the clerk of courts in Tampa, we've established that the only way to reinstate my license is to set a court date (which I've done) and then submit an affidavit of defense because I now live in MA and can't make it down. I've been charged with Statute number 322.15(1), and when I'm filling out the affidavit of defense I have to submit a plea. I wasn't carrying my license at the time I was pulled over, which is why I was issued the citation. So does this mean I should plead guilty or no contest?
