Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
My new jersey license was suspended due to driving without insurance, i moved to florida is there
A). Any way I can obtain a Florida Driving License
B). Any way I can get my new jersey driving license back early so i can get a florida license ?

You are not going to be able to get another state's license without clearing whatever issue you have in NJ. Therefore, you should contact a New Jersey attorney to see if there is a way to get your license privileges reinstated there. Once reinstated, then Florida will honor that and you can get a license in Florida.
