Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
how do i get a jugment tooken off my liscene, i've had it since 1999 but found bout it 2004. I've asked to speak to the insurance company of the other party but their insurance went outof business

If you found out about it later, you might be able to go back to court to set aside the default judgment. If the court doesn't allow that, then you need to find the other party, work out a payment arrangement, and have them sign a release so that you can get your license back. Bottom line, you should talk to an attorney to see what your best options are.
