Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida

I want to know what kind of motin should, I file to get misdemeanor fines off my license. They are'nt even tickets. This is my Class A CDL it's the way, I make a living. What motion should, I file.

There is no type of motion other than a motion to reconsider the sentence which has a 60 day time limit. Additionally, judges are not inclined to lower the fine except in extraordinary circumstances even if you are within the 60 day time period. You may be able to work out a payment plan with the clerk depending on the county.
