Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
If you are in a lane and have your signal on for a mile and when it's clear you start to head over to the lane...and a car that was behind you speeds up and causes you to swirve back in your lane...and the car that causes you to swirve hits another car next to them am I held liable if I had nothing to do with there accident?

Based on your description I suspect the answer is no from a traffic standpoint. There might be some civil liability but that is a separate issue. You should contact a traffic attorney in your area if you received a ticket.
