Leaving Scene of Accident/Hit & Run
How do you fight a hit & run charge, when you were not in the area it occurred?

Evidence supporting your position. Receipt from a store, an alibi. If the someone else was driving your car let law enforcement know that. The state has to prove you committed the crime, but if you have evidence to support your position before formal charges are filed it makes sense to present them.
