What are the legalities of parking on grassy shoulder of a residential area in Florida? Is it legal to park as long as you don't impede traffic and an entrance? Are there anymore legalities?

You may be able to park on private property, but I can't really answer your question, because when it comes to parking issues, there are a lot of local ordinances that vary by city and county. Contact the sheriff and ask them if your're not sure in a specific situation.
