If my license is suspended in Illinois as of September 29, 2006 and am moving to florida in October can I get a Florida drivers license if my Illinois license is suspended?

Generally, No. Florida shares information with other states and you will be denied a license.

The important thing to do is try to avoid the Illinois suspension. It may be possible depending upon the reason for the suspension.
