Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
I live in an adult community in a four story building that has assigned parking spots n the front parking lot. We have two handicapped spots in the front of the building that the hoa designates for guests only. I occasional park there overnight and I received a notice the other day that I would be fined if I continue to park there. Are they legally allowed to do this? Thank you.

My answer is based on HOA experience and not lawyer experience. If the HOA rules say that you can't park there then simply put you can't park there.
