Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida

Ok I live in Florida I bought a new car about a year ago they charged me a tag transfer fee and didnt tell me, so i go to renew my tag this year and they have blocked it till i pay them, so i pay them and i still cant get my tag renewed and I wont be until 3 to 4 weeks after they send off the paperwork, and its been a week and they still havnt bothered sending it off yet, I work for the state as a state correctional officer and I have no way to get to work without my car so what am i or what should I and what can I do about this

Not sure what you mean 3-4 weeks to send off paperwork. When you pay for your tags, it is immediate. Maybe you should talk to someone else there. Or talk to an attorney in your area about this and see if there is some other reason for the hold up.
