Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
While living in WA State I was ordered sr22 by court for reckless driving, got the certificate of insurance but moved to another my parents home state in Florida and obtained a Florida License. What is the procedure with my new license in another state. No one seems to know, should I continue until 3 years paying sr22 in WA. even I now reside in Florida? Any advise. No one seems to know about these issues and all Motor Vehicles switch to the other state to ask but neither has an answer. I appreciate, do I need to travel back to WA. and go to court just to ask this question?

You shouldn't need to go back to WA. Florida will do what WA requires. So, if WA requires SR22, then you will need that in FL. If they don't, then "usually" you won't here.
