Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
i am a minor and was acussed of causing a car accident and was questioned then i was arrested for driving with a suspended license but i was never notified that it was suspended. when the officer arrested me he did not read me my miranda rights. can the case be thrown out or dismissed?

It probably won't be dismissed solely because he didn't read you your rights. However, the fact that you didn't know is a defense. On that ground it may be amended to a non-criminal Driving on Suspended License WITHOUT knowledge.
