Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida

Hello, my mom had a car accident today..the accident was not her fault..when the cop came he said there was no need for a police report because FL is a no fault state and because there where no injury's.... she exchanged insurance information with the other party, my mom has no collision on her insurance policy...my question is who will pay for the damages to her vehicle?? its about $600.00.... is there any way she could go after the other party's insurance to pay for her damages to her car ??

She will have to pay for the damages herself, because she has no insurance. However, if it was not her fault, she can always sue the other party's insurance company to force them to reimburse her. However, the cost of doing so will likely exceed, by far, the $600 in damages, so it probably is not worth it.
