Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida
Our neighbor in Florida keeps parking directly in front of our driveway on his side of the street. It is very difficult to get out of my driveway. I have asked him numerous times to more and will not. What do I do?

Call the city to report him. There are usually ordinances against this. You can also call the police to report a possible harassment charge. Finally you can Sue them if you have any damages such as lost wages.
