Legal Question in Traffic Law in Florida

In a nut shell,car tearing up the neighborhood flies into a parking lot avoiding law enforcement,me leaveing at the wrong moment pulled over a few hundred feet down the road and issued a reckless driving citation and on the citation vehical is documented as blue in which the vehical tearing around was light blue or silver in the dark and my vehical is still fire engine red with a 8 year old paint job.When I am successful with this case i plan to have a counter suit.Understanding i have much more evidence to bring to the plate ,i feel wronged and does a counter suit sound resonable when it possibally costed a job do to this unnessesary court cases.

You need to talk to an attorney that handles claim against government entities such as police forces. This is a very specialized area of law. Search for an attorney that does "civil rights claims" as they have the most knowledge in this area of law. Good luck.
